24-Months Warranty policy

Comprehensive warranty included in pump sales price

All IHP’s products come with a 24 month warranty that fully complies with legal requirements. The length of the warranty may vary according to agreement.

The warranty does not covers product and material defects as a results of normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims will be rejected in the following situations:

• • If the defect in the product arises from:
• any drawing, design or specification supplied by the customer/purchaser
• modifications undertaken by the customer/purchaser or a third party without the consent of Indra Hydro Tech Pumps Pvt Ltd,
• • If a defect is caused by:
• normal wear and tear
• inadequate maintenance or faulty repair by others than Indra Hydro Tech Pumps Pvt Ltd,
• failure to observe the operating instructions
• over-loading
• use of any unsuitable material
• the effects of chemical or electrolytic action
• other reasons beyond Indra Hydro Tech Pumps Pvt Ltd Control

Warranty claims may be submitted by contacting the Indra Hydro Tech Pumps Pvt Ltd to avail 24 month warranty for purchases with 30 days of purchases from Dealers and channel partners
