You will be an organised people leader, with proven workshop experience, who encourages and promotes a team environment. You will supervise a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, support, and ensuring a safe place to work, through excellent Health and Safety protocols.
You will be passionate about the efficient running of the Workshop and pro-active communication, delivering fantastic service to all customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and organise the workshop team.
- Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
- Be the go-to for any support required for Technician and workshop staff.
- Liaise with external and internal customers to ensure work is authorised to a high standard.
- Deliver an exceptional service to our customers.
